        HZ-15型混凝土鉆孔取芯機(以下簡稱鉆機)是針對混凝土進行機械鉆孔的新型建筑機械。它操作簡便、輕巧靈活、移動方便、鉆孔及取樣尺寸準確、鉆孔后表面光潔且對鉆取物不發生意外破損,是一種理想的建筑機械。

    一、用途(USE)
    鉆機是用單相串激電機作為動力,配人造金剛石薄壁鉆頭,主要用于建筑工程、公路、機場、港口、碼頭、大壩等混凝土工程鉆孔取芯的新型系列產品。這樣,建筑施工中對預制板需預留孔或施工后手工開鑿孔的落后施工工藝方法有了很跨越性的進步,當然科研取芯也非常理想。
    另外,本鉆機對其他非金屬脆硬材料,如耐火材料、陶瓷、玻璃、巖石也同樣可進行鉆孔取芯。

    三、結構與工作原理(STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
     
     
    鉆機為立式鉆孔方向垂直向下;由電動機、變速箱、鉆頭、立柱、底座、升降機構等組成。
    鉆機的結構如圖示,單相串激電機裝在減速箱上,減速箱固定在升降機構上,使減速箱能帶動其主軸下面的鉆頭作上下移動,以達到鉆孔或取芯的目的。
    立柱上有齒條,使變速箱沿立柱作上下移動,而其移動是通過手動旋轉進給手柄達到。

    There is rack on the column.It makes gearbox up and down along the column.And the movement of the gearbox is by the manual rotation of the feed handle.
     
    四、使用方法(USAGE)
    (一)使用前準備工作
    1、為保證~正常工作,使用前,先閱讀使用說明書,熟悉鉆機的結構和使用方法。
    2、把鉆機各部分擦干凈、立柱的齒條部位加20號機械油(GB443-64)潤滑。
    3、在需鉆孔處先用電鉆打一個孔φ19*50,將鉆機移至工作處,調整支承螺釘,用水平儀觀察至水平,此時兩滾輪應離地,然后把膨脹螺栓按在φ19*50孔處上緊。
    4、鉆機固定好后,將水嘴接上水源、擰開水源開關、檢查是否有水流出,如有則屬正常。
    5、按要求打孔的尺寸裝上鉆頭。
    6、接通電路、打開電路開關,空運轉進給手柄,檢查是否靈活,動作可靠,如各部件動作靈活時方可進行操作。
     
    No one:pre-work

    2、cleanning all parts of the drilling string and iubricating the rack that on the Column with 20# machinery oil (GB443-64).
    3、To make a hole aboutφ19*50 in the Department that need to be drilled  with an electric drill.Then move the drill string to the Department.And regulate the support screw.Then use the level of instrument to observe the level of drill string. At this point the two wheels should be away from the groud.And then tight the expansion bolts in the holes aboutφ19*50.
    4、Connect the tap with water and open the Switch of water after fix on the drill string.Then check on if there is water running out.If it is,it is normal.
    5、Fit the drill bit with the required right size.
    6、Access circuit and open circuit switch to make the feed handle run.Then check whether the all parts of the drilling string are flexibility and reliable action. Then it is allowed to carry out the operation.
    (二)使用中注意事項
    1、鉆機鉆孔時,應該手感阻力不大,切削平穩,鉆時進給速度為4-5m/min左右,當鉆孔接近完畢時,由于切削力的改變,鉆孔有些震動,此時要適當降低進給速度,當切削完畢時,應立即快速提升鉆頭直至刃口脫離工作,并關閉鉆機和切斷水源。
    2、整個鉆進過程中必須保持充分水冷卻。從鉆進物體槽中觀察,如水供應不足,需停鉆進行檢查。但當鉆削將完畢時,水流入下層而不外溢,此屬正常。
    3、鉆孔中和鉆進結束快速提升鉆頭時,不得停車,而應待鉆頭剛剛脫離工作時,停止主軸旋轉,再將鉆頭提升。
    4、鉆進中,如發現鉆頭受卡,應迅速將鉆頭提升一段,然后再慢慢鉆入,切忌硬性鉆進而打壞鉆頭。
    5、如鉆進過程中,電機溫度超過70℃,應暫時停機,待冷卻后再使用。
    6、撥動開關鈕,正向轉動操作手柄,使鉆頭慢慢接觸混凝土表面,待鉆頭刀部入槽后,方可加壓進鉆。
    7、如在進鉆過程中,出現鉆頭不能進鉆,鉆頭表面金剛石部分沒有全部露出,需用強磨耗材(如耐火磚、砂輪等)開刃,使鉆頭表面層金剛石完全露出,此時,用手摸表面層,有毛糙感,方可進鉆。

    4、If you find the drill dig is locked when drilling,you shall promptly upgrade the drill dig for a bit and then slowly penetrating.It aviods to force drilling then damage the drill dig.
    5、If the motor temperature exceeds 70 ℃ when drilling,we should stop the motor for a moment.It should be used after cooling.
    6、Strucking the button and turning the handle forward. Make the drill dig slowly contact with the concrete surface.It can drilling into with pressure after the dig-edge is into the groove.
    7、If the drill dig can not to get into the ground when drilling. The drill dig’s Surface which is made of diamond is not completely exposed.It should use strong mill supplies such as firebricks and grindstones to sharp the dig. So that the surface layer of diamond drill completely exposed. Then touch the surface layer. There is a sense of rough.It can drill.

    六、維護和保養(MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR)
    1、如鉆進過程中有些震動,鉆進結束后,必須仔細檢查連結部位,及時調整緊固。
    2、鉆機應保持清潔。當鉆進完畢,應將鉆機各部位擦干凈后,并加機油潤滑各運動部位,放在防塵干燥處,用塑料薄膜罩罩上。
    3、鉆頭裝入主軸前,應在兩件連結螺紋處加入該基潤滑脂、再擰緊、以便拆卸時方便。
    4、長期停止工作的鉆機,在重新使用時,必須測試繞阻與機殼間的 ,其數值應不少于5MΩ。
    5、鉆頭刃口磨損和崩裂嚴重應更換鉆頭,以免在鉆削過程中損壞電機而不能繼續作業。
    6、必須定期檢查電源線、插頭、開關、碳刷、換向器,以免使用時發生事故。
    7、必須定期檢查減速箱內潤滑油情況,并隨時加以補充;軸承處加鈣一鈉基潤滑脂(ZGN-1或ZGN-2);齒輪上加3號鈣基潤滑脂(ZG-3).

    4、The drill string that have stopped working for a long time.It must test resistance and chassis insulation resistance when re-use the drill string. It’s value should be not less than 5MΩ.
    5、If the dig-edge broke or crack serious,it should change the drill dig. In order to avoid damage the motor unable to work while drilling.
    6、It must inspecte regularly of the power cord,switch,brush,commutator in order to aviod an accident happen.
    7、It need to check the situation of machine oil in the gearbox regularly.And add the machine oil at any time.And add Ca-Na-grease(ZGN-1 or ZGN-2) on bearing.Gear should be added with Ga-grease(ZG-3).

    一、用途(USE)
    HZ-15型多功能混凝土鉆孔取芯機(以下簡稱多功能鉆機),該鉆機采用一機多用,既可以鉆孔取芯,又可以將芯樣切割、磨平。大大提高了工作效率,減少設備投資,是一種理想的建設工程檢測機械。

    三、結構原理(STRUCTURE)
    該機在原鉆機的基礎上,增加了切割工作臺、夾具、鋸片、磨頭等設備。

    四、使用方法(USAGE)
    1、鉆機結束后,將鉆機固定在不同的工作臺面上,如固定在混凝土上用電鉆打一個φ19*50孔一個,然后把膨脹螺栓按在此孔處,將鉆孔機移至固定位置、安裝緊。如固定在其他工作臺面上,配一個M12*120的螺絲,以相同方法固定。
    2、鉆機固定好后,拉出進給滑架和變速箱,裝上切割工作臺和夾具,裝回進給滑架和變速箱。將芯樣裝在夾具內,將主軸上的鉆頭拆下,換上鋸片,接所需芯樣高度,然后用進給手柄調節,接通水源,水源對準鋸片入口,保持水源流量在3-5M/min,然后進行切割,(如對φ150芯樣切割時,先切一半,然后再將芯樣轉180度切斷),芯樣按規定高度多出2-3m/m。
